They were hired to be the Reconstruction on my house after a fire 17 months later my house is still not done and now they are refusing to finish because I cannot guarantee payment from my mortgage company. Our insurance will no longer pay for a place to stay because it has been so long so my 80-year-old disabled mom and myself now have to move back into a house with no roof no ceilings no carpet and filthy from the construction workers. We have been over there multiple times and the workers are just sittings outside on their phone. Some of the workers were even drinking beer on the job. I would definitely never recommend this company to anyone.

This company does some shoddy work! They were hired to do patch repairs to the stucco in our condominium community. During the process it became apparent that RE’s crew didn’t seem to know how to match or feather in stucco finish. When approached about the new stucco finish being different from the original, and the patched look it would leave, they insisted that once painted, the patching would not show. That's ridiculous! Two different finishes will reflect light differently, making the same paint appear different shades. This should be common knowledge for ANYONE purporting to be an EXPERT in finish work. Repeatedly approached about this problem, they simply dismissed the terrible mess they were in the process of making and continued patching with a trowel, creating more of a wor

Don't do it. The pricing is attractive, the presentation is shiny, there are promises of the world, but nothing delivers. My townhome community was promised a designated website to watch the progress... never happened. We were told colored vests would be worn by workers, not one vest. They make pretty presentations, started late, gave little to no notice of time changes, and then refuse to award any kind of discount. The work on my unit had to be redone 3 times and then they sent me to collections based on a finalized date that wasn't even accurate. Not a well oiled machine, terrible execution, and zero communication from management. Completely regret the partnership, or lack thereof.

When the worst isn't bad enough, hire these guys. Lies and falsehoods are their status reports and when they got fired by the HOA that got tired of their bad performance (painting brand new laminate floors, painting the ceiling grey instead of white), they stole the white paint they were supposed to have used, along with some doors they were supposed to have installed. Did I mention I've never seen kitchen cabinets hung so badly. "Expert" is clearly not part of the equation with this firm.
