Disappointing and Dishonest Experience I had a discouraging experience with RedCanyon Supply. I purchased 2 tons of gravel, only to find out it was heavily mixed with dirt, which inflated the weight and resulted in less actual gravel. This practice felt dishonest and unfair, as it seemed designed to maximize their profit at the customer’s expense. I recommend others be cautious and ensure they know exactly what they’re paying for. Gravel mixed with dirt not only reduces the value of the purchase but also feels like a scam. I expected integrity in my transaction, but unfortunately, that was not my experience with this company.

Red Canyon team, Thank you for your response. I appreciate the discount offer and free delivery. I would like to clarify that I did not decline small gravel. I just said that I want the bigger of the 2 rocks that were in the bins, side by side. I guess those would correspond to 1 inch instead of 1/2 inch. And I did insist that we need to walk on the stones. Anyways, I will see you at the store. Thanks! ---------------------------------------------- I placed an order on the phone and told the customer service lady that I needed rock for the front yard. I told her it had to be something that you can walk on and that it should fill the yard. I also told her that they had samples of the size in the front of the store that I had seen. I explained that they had the large size and the small size

Ordered couple tons of material only to find out they’ve shorted me a lot. By the time I got to the project & left they can’t do anything about it since I left the property. They should provide you with A WEIGHT SCALE LOAD OUT SHEET. But they know it’ll cut their profits. I’m sure they do this to everyone. They short you out of materials by paying first then scaling. Definitely won’t be coming back here anymore. No load out sheet or any proof of the product you purchased with the proper weight. Ewing or Pioneer are definitely better & cheaper vs this weight scam they’re going to everyone.
