Poorly run, poorly managed. Company president avoids dealing with clients. Their "project manager" has no experience in site development, and zero interpersonal skills. Their "foreman" is a glorified pipe layer, with no prior supervisory experience. All management was let go from a larger developer, and run the company like a "good ol' boys" club. They refuse to hire a surveyor, and regularly encounter errors and setbacks that cost the client.
