Edit: Red Hills Pristine Cleaning circled back with us after a one-off cleaning service that hadn’t met our initial expectations, but they came back again to correct it. I love when companies take pride in their work, and I felt we got exactly what we were looking for on the second pass. We will continue to be long-standing customers, and I will 110% be recommending this company to friends and family in the area. Thanks RHPC, you guys are pure class! We recently had Red Hills Pristine come to clean our bathrooms and kitchen. I’m giving two stars because the gal who did the kitchen was great! The other individual who cleaned our bathrooms did not deep clean our toilets, they didn’t even touch the shower (you can see grime in one of the photos), and if you look at the sink you can see soap

I hired Red Hills Pristine Cleaning to do a move-in/deep clean of my vacant home and I was incredibly disappointed and frusterated with the entire experience. The owner, Kaycie, was 20 minutes late for the free initial walk through. When the actual cleaners showed up on the scheduled date, they were an hour late. I had to call and ask where they were, and was told after 30 minutes that they were on their way. I would be willing to overlook their tardiness, as long as the home was deep cleaned, which it definetly was NOT. Included pictures show dusty and dirty baseboards and grimy outlets/light switches that were supposedly “deep-cleaned,” and areas I specifically asked them to focus on. I can tell that they vacuumed, but it seems most detailed areas were neglected. The cleaners didn’t stay
