I was told it was good dirt. It must be naturally occurring asphalt, and concrete chunks my tiller did not care for, and not construction cleanup dirt. Needless to say, the dirt would not till, remained in unmanageable chunks, and beat my tiller like a drum.

Truck was loaded with tons of rocks on back and on top, spraying rocks across I-12. From about 500 ft back we got hit with rocks destroying our windshield. Called the office and they said they couldn't do anything about it.
