As a business owner and as a customer, I cannot speak highly enough about Red Rock Tile. We recently placed an order and the shipment had multiple broken tiles. I was bracing for push back because we had to place a new order. To my complete surprise and delight, RR was on it immediately. They stood by their product and immediately made good on the damaged tiles. I speak from experience when I say that, sadly, this type of a response is hard to come by these days. The tile is beautiful but better yet, is their customer service. Thank you Red Rock! I deeply appreciate how you put the customer first.

Entering my second DECADE working with Lindsay and her team, I can't really begin to say all the good things about this business that need saying. Their attention to detail, their creativity, the quality of glazes that hold up to everything from my hearths, to kitchen, to bathroom and laundry, this tile stands both the physical and aesthetic test of time. Second time using tile from this company and they're attempt at making consistent tiles is lacking big time. Biggest pain in the ass installing when you have tiles that are different sizes.
