RedClay Movers

This is the 3rd time we’ve used RCM’s. First 2 was good but VERY disappointed in #3 as they damaged our king size bed & also charged us extra for not moving things they were asked to move after we walked thru the house on 2 separate occasions. Owner blamed us for not being on site during the entire loading process. Left the garage door & door entering house OPEN when they left the move.

I've used professional movers four times in the past & Red Clay Movers exceeds them all! It's been a great experience for me as a customer. Eric was professional & pleasant from the first day of meeting for an estimate and continued to be responsive and helpful throughout the process. Moving was a two day process because we moved out of town, but it went very smoothly. The movers were extremely efficient with their time & handled our belongings with great care - nothing broken, nothing lost! Closing on the sale of our house was delayed twice, which I know caused scheduling headaches for Eric, but he was understanding and worked very hard to re-schedule and made sure we made it into our new home. On move-in day, Johnny made a run to Home Depot to make sure our laundry room was ready to work

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team was efficient, respectful of my things, and had a great attitude throughout. I’ll definitely call them again.

This is our second time using RCM. Our first time was so successful we didn’t hesitate to call them again! Just like the first move Eric worked with us setting everything up and keeping us well informed. The mapping link they send the day of the move to show where the moving truck is is very helpful. We had movers that had helped us previously so it was smoother knowing them and picking up right where we left off! They did the same excellent job as before! I highly recommend this company!

RedClay was great! Showed up on time. Eric did a great job calculating time needed and his crew was exceptional! Definitely would use them again!
