I had ordered some replacement hinges online for my kitchen cabinets. When they arrived, they did not fit even though they were listed as the replacement. I called redeFINest as they carried Merillat cabinets. Rajul immediately suggested a solution. I dropped the doors and the hardware off on a Friday, and they were ready the next week. Hired the company to assist in finding a certain kitchen cabinet design. They came through with flying colors and made the process extremely easy. I have requested their service several times since our initial meeting.

We have a Four Seasons Sunroom attached to our house, purchased from a now closed Four Seasons dealer in 2001. The original plastic latches on the sliding windows were deteriorating. I contacted Four Seasons who directed me to redeFINest as the nearest dealer. I contacted Rajul via email. After several emails back and forth to clarify things, I purchased replacement latches which are metal and will not deteriorate. The latches were quickly delivered by USPS. They are now installed (easily) and we are once again able to open and close the windows easily. Thanks to Rajul for his quick and efficient response and service.
