I recently had the carpet replaced in my home by Redi Carpet. Amber.M ( Regional Manager) at the Virginia Beach location has the best customer service! I had an issue with the color of my carpet and she personally came out and rematched it and gave me a gorgeous carpet option. This woman came to my home twice, she never had an attitude and always had a smile! She did whatever she could to make my carpet experience very smooth and sent some very hard workers to my home! I was very stressed because everything last week was not going right and she brought joy to my family with hopes of selling our home for top dollar! Never lose her Redi Carpet, Amber is a gem!

Amber M. is the best in the business, and knows more than anyone you’ll meet in this industry! She’s walked us through our countless options, been patient and understanding as we navigated changes to our plans and has been flexible while we learn what’s best for our family. Can’t recommend workin with Redi highly enough.

This company is Dangerous! At my apartment complex they were hired to rip out and replace the carpet. They were working from the third floor and tossing out the cut up rolls of carpet out from the balcony. This is an area where people walk their dogs, play with their kids, and to be throwing large rolls of carpet out the window is dangerous and foolish. After notifying our office they talked to the guys and it didn’t change anything. I went up to the apartment to talk to them and when I brought up how dangerous that is they were laughing at it and shrugging it off. Secondly they were messy and left a mess of old carpet and dirt all over our patio which is below where they were working. And thirdly they are ridiculous with blasting their music and with a child in the house and my wife worki

Enjoyable experience from go. Zinthia helped me. I was undecided on the color of the floor I wanted. She spent time going over choices and options. I received the quote for my floors immediately. They scheduled with me very quickly. The gentleman that came and did my floors was on time, efficient and very nice. He cleaned up and went on his way. They removed carpet and laminate. They replaced with glue down plank throughout. I am very satisfied and Redi Carpet will be my go to for ALL of my flooring needs.
