We called Reece Heating & Air regarding a situation I could not diagnose. We were given a time of 8am-1pm for our technician. Alex called me at about 8:30 stated he was ten minutes away if that was good with me. Alex showed up parked on the street, even though I offered our driveway. I explaind our problem and Alex went to work. Alex called me out to look at what he had found and walked me through some options. He completed his work in about 1.5 hours and sent me pictures and stated the office would send me a bill. I was highly impressed with Alex and his well spoken abilities to explain and suggest the proper remedies, no over selling, no under served promises, just great a explanation and solution. The office staff was easy to speak with and very helpful with the appointment & billing.

These guys talk a big game but you know what they can actually back it up! I am very happy with the quick turnaround of the install, sales and installation! I had Trane 17 seer installed and it works wayyyy better than the old Lennox I had. When going with a Trane unit expect a sticker shock and make sure you get a couple of quotes to make sure you are getting a competitive and some what reasonable price. O% interest for 60 months just can’t be beat through them and Wells Fargo. I highly recommend.

Their response time was incredibly fast, and the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Not only did they fix the original issue quickly, but they also identified another problem and were able to resolve it while they were here. Our old HVAC needed to be replaced, we called several companies including Reece Heating and Air. Mr.Slate came out and offered an unbeatable price within a few hours and we had our new HVAC in less than a week. Outstanding customer services. We can't thank Mr.Slate and his team enough. This is my 2nd interaction with Reece H&A and I'm just as happy as the first time! Alex came both times and he is VERY thorough and explains everything so well. The first time he came out was for a 2nd opinion on my unit. Company 1 was recommending that I replace my unit that was only 5 yrs old and has been maintained. Alex inspected it and gave us his recommendation for a small repair. We appreciate Reece H&A and Alex for being honest and fairly priced. We will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.
