Excellent service! I called the store 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Cole, the branch manager, answered the phone. I had a bad fan motor on my A/C unit with outside temperatures in the high 90's. He helped me identify the motor I needed, took payment and left the new motor in a secure location for me to pick up because I couldn't get there until well after closing. He even sent me a text message with a picture of the item in the location to make sure it was there and help me locate it. That was above and beyond to help me make sure I got A/C back in my house as quickly as possible. Thank you Cole!
