Since Reef took over the previous company the quality of cleaning has severely declined. I’ve not had algae in my pool until they started servicing. These photos are from an hour after they supposedly cleaned my pool and brushed. I called the next morning they said someone will be out to take care of it and no one did! This is the second time this month it’s been not properly done!

These guys have taken care of our swimming pool for the last 4 years. They have greatly improved their skills and efficiency recently. Our technician a hardworking, trustworthy servicer. The mechanics who just finished some work this afternoon were professional, knowledgeable and amiable. I highly recommend Reef Tropical pool for the maintenance of your swimming pool.

We bought a new home at end of 2024. We looked for a recommended pool company to replace our pool pump and replace heater. 5 mos. Later nothing worked. I was given reef tropicals information from Jandy pool pumps. Reef Tropical send a service tech Antwaun Fussel. Within a couple minutes, he informed me pool pump was installed wrong, piping was wrong and timer for the Jandy multi speed pump was electrically installed wrong. I have total confidence after speaking with them we are in the rite hands to get all repaired and Working correctly. Thank you reef tropical team.

Great pool company. They do amazing work and the customer service is excellent. They are never too busy to listen and take care of any pool concerns.
