⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Home Depot in Florida City is a solid store with a good selection of tools, materials, and home improvement items. The place is usually well-stocked and clean. However, they could definitely use more employees on the floor to assist customers — sometimes it’s hard to find someone when you need help. That said, the staff that is available is friendly and knowledgeable when you do get their attention. Overall a good store, just needs better floor coverage.

I had an excellent experience in the Paint Department at Home Depot thanks to an outstanding employee Robert. They he was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help me choose the right paint and finish for my project. His recommendations were spot-on, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. Customer service like this truly makes a difference—thank you! Robert

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars Desiree and Maribel were super helpful. Long story short, I had to go to two different locations to get help sizing some blinds, and I was told there was nothing I could do once they were already cut. I needed them resized because they were too snug the first time around. But Desiree and Maribel came to the rescue and were ready to help, even after I had been waiting a while for someone. I left feeling genuinely happy with the service — they saved me a lot of money, and they did an awesome job!

I was picking up an order for a friend on my way home, lady at the pick up and returns register was very polite and patient with me, my friend hadn't placed the order and she thoroughly check for it. I called my friend told him that we couldn't find the order and that's when I found out he had not even placed it yet. Like I said the lady was very nice and patient, not once did I feel like I was bothering her and I applaud her for how professional she was. Employees like her are what makes customers want to come back, hope you look her up I didnt get her name but it was around 5 pm and I bought a big husky shovel, I will update if I find what day.

So I was doing a job for a customer and when to pick up a pallet of pavers at Home depot. One of the associates driving the forklift ran into the rental truck I had for the day, breaking the taillight and fender. They made me fill up an incident form and told me to give it to Uhaul. What bothers me is that the manager was not apologetic at all, I had to paid the damages out of pocket and waiting for a check from Home depot. But I loss a day of work and I have to wait for a check, so no money or Job on my end. Pretty unfortunately that Managers are so unprofessional.
