Thank you so much! I called into the folks at Reel Plumbing after hours on Wednesday evening and by Thursday afternoon I had a complete new hot water heater! Gary and the crew took care of us like neighbors! I wasn’t able to be home, my wife had commitments away from the house so we directed them as to where the utility room was and I had cleared the space for them to work. By 3:30 the job was done! Reel plumbing has been wonderful for us! They have been very professional, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable in their trade. Brandon has been our plumber/technician and he is the best! He’s fixed corroded pipes under our sinks and in the shower, as well as fixed washer/dryer hoses. He even suited up and went under the home to check for leaks. He photographs everything before and after. Wed highly recommended Reel Plumbing.

We received excellent service from Reel Plumbing today. Their communication is excellent, arrived exactly as stated and Brandon was friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing to repair our disposal. Price was more than fair!

Brandon is professional and completed the job in no time. He was able to extract nub from the pipe that snapped off of shower arm and replace a new one. This was the second time he has been assigned to service our plumbing issue. I would definitely recommend this company. Price was very fair.
