They took care of everything, and more importantly-- we trusted them to take care of it all. They were there when they said they would be. They did exactly what they said they would, which was exactly what needed to be done.They were exceptional at their job and highly professional. I recommend this company to everyone!!!! Absolutely zero issues. They are awesome!!!

30 minutes after I contacted them they let me know that someone was on their way. He arrived within the time I was given.My unit was check and he made sure that all the parts that I needed would be ordered and check some things I was concerned about to ensure they were working. Everything was handled in a courteous and professional manner. I've used Reese's Mechanical for over 25 years and this is the kind of service I expect and get every time.

I cannot give a high enough rating! Derrick went out of his way to help me with an AC problem and then helped me trouble shoot other areas of my home that were causing difficulties. Derrick took his time explaining what was top priority for best maintenance as well as other items that will increase the life of my unit. I greatly appreciate his insight and taking his time to speak to me on my level.

They stepped in when another company abandoned us and brought back my belief that there are good companies out there that really do look out for the best interests of their clients!
