Called with a super low water pressure issue. Call was answered quickly and responses were very quick as we discussed the issue. They worked us into the schedule quickly showing up the next day. Our issue was very complicated and took longer than anticipated to diagnose. They found the issue and resolved the next day even though it required getting some heavy equipment. Was spot on the estimate and checked back after the job to ensure satisfaction. Great value for the amount of work. Professional and courteous leaving the jobsite better than they found it.

I was trying find a plumbing company to fix a leaking drain pipe and find out what was causing the smell in my kitchen sink. I called and they were able to come that day. Sent two guys AJ and Kyle and I was impressed with both of them. They fixed my problem cleaned up any mess they made and to top it off I wasn't over charged like most companies are doing to people. Our water heater went down unexpectedly overnight, and Rivers Plumbing had a new one installed the very next day. He communicated well, showed us our options, was transparent with pricing, and provided quality work.

Arrived at my house an hour after I called. Diagnosed the problem of my water heater, and was able to get in touch with the manufacturer to get the water heater completely replaced at lowes. After i picked it up, he returned to install it same day 20 minutes after I got it. I was only without hot water for a few hours. Saved me a ton of money and time. This is my go to from here on out
