Refined Floors

Love, love, love my new flooring from Refined Floors! We were forced to make a change due to water damage and owner Mark Kelley was so patient during the selection process while we debated on color, style, and type of flooring. Our existing hardwood was terribly sun damaged and scratched up from our dogs, so I knew I wanted something more fade and scratch resistant. I also wanted a color that would blend with my existing hardwood stair case, railing, and upstairs hardwood, which wasn’t necessarily on trend, but insurance would not cover refinishing or replacing any of that. We had Refined Floors refinish our hardwood floors and are very happy with the results. The quality of the work was outstanding and the floors look stunning. The owner of the company, Mark, was very responsive throughout the process answering questions promptly and making scheduling easy. The work team was absolutely fantastic, especially the lead technician Ricardo, who was clearly very knowledgeable and took great care to make sure was done to a high standard. They were professional, efficient, and respectful of our home.

Mark came to our house the same day we entered our information into their website. He asked what our project scope entailed and collected measurements to provide an estimate. Three days later he came back to our house with samples of various products to decide what we liked best. We chose an engineered hardwood product and was given a timeline of one month to order and then install the flooring. The Refined Floors installation crew was unbelievable and did an amazing job with the installation, completing it two day earlier than promised. I can't say enough good things about this team and their performance and highly recommend them!

This is our second time using Refined Floors and it won’t be the last I’m sure. Mark remains very helpful and his team is very professional and work very hard to make the installation as comfortable as possible. They went out of their way to ensure matting was down and picked up everyday and kept a clean workspace. The first project was our upstairs flooring and the second was a bathroom renovation in our master suite. We are thrilled with both!
