After hurricane Helene, my dad’s roof guy (Mark from Refined Roofing) inspected the roof of my new-to-me house (purchased in Fall 2024) just in case there was damage – there was no hurricane damage, but it was discovered that the roof appeared to have never been replaced, and was in terrible condition, even though the seller had told me it had been replaced 10 years ago. Mark’s inspection included photos and lots of comments about the condition. Refined Roofing replaced the whole roof in Feb 2025; by one of Refined Roofing’s fantastic crews. At one point they found rotted wood underneath, no worries, they replaced the wood and carried on (for the added cost of the wood only). After sitting through countless window presentations with extremely high price tags and pushy sales pitches, meeting Jason was such a relief. He was patient, honest, and genuinely cared—not just about making a sale, but about me feeling comfortable every step of the way. He stayed consistent with follow-up for over a year and never once let me fall through the cracks. Not only was Jason the best person I worked with throughout this entire process, but Refined Roofing also had the best pricing by far. Mark with Refined Roofing helped us with our roof replacement in Simpsonville, SC after damage from Hurricane Helene. He was incredible to work with, communicated well, offered great advice, and was extremely knowledgeable on working with our insurance. If I could give Tyler Tinsley a million stars that still wouldn’t be enough. I had my roof replaced about 3-4 years ago from another roofing company. We noticed a small leak right above our Shower. After contacting them and the same Salesman said he would be out to check it out two different times and he NEVER showed up. I immediately got in touch with Refined Roofing and Tyler reached out to me. He showed up. When he said he would and fixed our issue. There’s no more leaks above my shower. Mark and Chastity were awesome to work with at Refined Roofing. Had to get my roof, and gutters replaced as well as some pieces of siding due to hail and wind damage. The work was completed quickly and I’m really pleased with the results.
