Reflections did a great job on the power washing and gutter cleaning I hired them for....but they also did all of our windows and it was a bright shiny day when they were done. Thanks for making it easy to schedule and the pricing was totally fair. A great vender experience is hard to find!

I was a loyal customer for both Spring window cleaning and Christmas outdoor light hanging and removal - until last season. Without warning and after the fact, I was charged double for hanging my Christmas lights. Less lights were hung and NO warning was given. I expected a small increase as occurred throughout the years (10%) but never expected that they were going to double my fee. What a shock. The fee to hang the lights was equal to the fee to hang and remove the lights in previous years. When I inquired, I was told that it is the fee and please pay. Of course I paid but I have a hard time with the response I was given. I feel I should have been advised upfront of such a big increase and since I was not, there should have been an adjustment.
