I reached out to inquire about the pricing and lead times for a couple of items, as I was interested in purchasing just one of each. Instead of providing helpful information, I was told that the items "don’t sell" and that they "weren’t even going to try" to assist me. This response was not only dismissive but also unprofessional. While I understand that certain items may not have high sales volumes, I believe customer service should always involve a willingness to assist, regardless of the order size. The lack of effort to provide basic information, especially in a professional and polite manner, left me feeling completely undervalued. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as I truly believe a more customer-focused approach would benefit both the company and its clients.

Refricenter Pompano is the best place to go to for all you A/C needs. Working with them over the years has been a pleasure, quick turn around time on supplies, great customer service, super friendly staff. Ask for Santiago at the front desk, he is the best!

The best place to go for all your A/C needs. I go here all the time. Employees are very fun and it's a great atmosphere, they treat you like family. Juan and Sergio are great, always help me and go out there way!

Frequently they are "out of inventory" and all they say is sorry. I'm not what you would call a high volume customer and I only installed a handful of units as they are not my primary source of work. This is the first place I go to for parts and cleaning chemicals, contactors . Lately (the past year) most of the time it's " sorry we don't have any in stock". One type of filter, no spare parts . It's bad when you can't help, it's worse when you can't even think of anyone that can help you.

The staff have gone above & beyond to assist a newbie! They’re all patient and super helpful! Would absolutely recommend.
