Editing review same day. I turned the one star into five as finally someone contacted me so that was very much appreciated. Horrible experience. They never answer their phone or call you back nor do they respond by email. They never reply back. Sucks that I have to use these people for HVAC.

An absolute disappointment of a distribution company. I personally installed two of their products. Could not complete a permit as they did not have the required manufacturer labeling for their own product. 9 months and a renewed permit later we finally had the appropriate labeling. One of the two products has had two failed heater kits and a leaking evaporator coil. What's their response? Pay cash for the parts, go replace them, and bring it back to get credit for the parts. If you're looking for a company that stands behind their products and moves quickly to resolve issues keep moving. Owner AC Authority
