Over priced service for what they do. $800 to confirm a compressor is bad. Will not apply payment to repair. A normal service tech can diagnose a bad compressor in less than an hour. These guys took 2 days.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 25 years doing business. From the month long delivery delay, which we had to end up picking up ourselves, to the wrong coolers from what we had ordered. Zero apologies or even a handshake. Oh, and no returns by the way. As soon as you pay, you're stuck.

Probably not something they normally do, but I went there for some advice and was treated very well. During my time there it was obvious there employees are happy to be there seemed like quite a nice family team of employees and bosses. This is really nice to see these days.
