We went there for parts. Not only did they have masks and hand sanitizer at the door they were social distancing and being extremely friendly about it. They went out of their way to help us. We were already working for free to try and help an 87 and 89 year old couple, so they went the extra mile to help us help them. Great people at a great company.

I would give it 5 stars but there's a female that works there that has a bad attitude and if she doesn't like you she calls the company your working for and tries to get you fired. This is what I've experienced. Marcy is her name. Don't get to close to this one she has cooties. She also has this vigilante side to her Everyone else on the other hand are very helpful and knowledgeable. It is the only refrigeration parts house in town so rather you like the people or not it's where you have to go to get freezer/refrigeration parts. They are higher in price than united refrigeration. United is located in little rock so the drive there would make up for the higher priced R&E but united has more stock than R&E and more selection of certain items that are not carried byR&E
