Extremely unprofessional business. Used RSI for 8+ years and 2 years ago I called them for an issue and they stated that they do not work on walk-in coolers anymore. Randomly gave them another call two days ago and no one reached out to me about the matter. Today somebody called me today saying they can’t come out and I should call the people I been calling. Horrible business. They will be out of business sooner than later with that kind of attitude. Would put 0 stars if I could.

They came out to "fix" our air conditioning 2 days in a row, charged $200 to change the battery in the thermostat, and then tried to explain that the unit isn't big enough to cool the same space it has been cooling for years. A/C is still running +20 degrees over the setting, and i can't get anyone to call me back. Not sure how they can even validate charging us for a job left completely undone.

This is the worst place ever to do business with. I highly recommend not coming here unless you want to get ripped off. I had bought an ice machine here less than a year ago the ice machine stopped working. I called them because I had a warranty on the machine and when the service guy came he noticed the water valve unplugged. Someone must of hit it and it simply unplugged. It look him less than 2 seconds to figure out and got charged $300. I feel like I got robbed. I called the company to see if they can work with me and they simply didn't care and the lady on the phone was really rude. Never will I do any business with them ever again and urge others not to buy or call for service here. Being treated like this is just not right.

Worst. I wish I can give them zero stars. They don’t know what they’re doing. Also the girl in the front desk answering phone calls is no help what so ever. She is careless not nice at all.

Careful of these guys. We had an issue with one of their delivery guys this morning and he threatened me. When I called the office they told me to take it up with the police. Dont trust these guys.
