Alex was great. He fixed my issue so fast I could hardly believe it. He fit me in when he already had another client scheduled as well. He said if anything went wrong in the next month they'd come out for a diagnoses for free. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Alex did a great job troubleshooting and repairing our built-in microwave! It took a week of trying various replacement components based on the error code the unit was displaying, and we are so pleased he was able to repair it. Looking for a replacement unit was going to be difficult given our kitchen’s dimensions…not to mention very expensive, so we are thankful he persevered and found the right parts to get our unit working again! Very pleased with his work, price, and service.

I contact Refrix Appliance Repair to take a look at the issue I was having with my washer. Alex from Refrix showed up the next day and immediately determined the problem and fixed it.
