I was referred to Regal Fabric Care by another local vendor who could not accommodate me in the time frame needed. I was told to ask for David. Firstly, I thought that was pretty commendable for the first company to do this. As a business owner myself, I appreciated the courtesy of the referral. David was extremely professional and accommodating to my needs. I had a tenant moving in and it was important for me to get the work done a few days before their move-in to give the carpet some time to dry. David squeezed me into his Saturday schedule which I very much appreciated. The quality of the steam clean was also perfect. David also allowed me the courtesy to pay over the phone and he prompted emailed my receipt. I would highly recommend this company! Very professional staff too w

We had an over 40-year old cross-stitch that was yellow with green letters. It had hung on the kitchen wall for decades. It was stained in grease, dirt, etc. We sent it off to Regal. We spoke with David of Regal and knew the risks of potential bleeding on the green letters etc. on the cross-stitch. We shipped it from Charleston to Woburn MA. It is as good as new. David kept us informed and communicated with us the whole time. Fantastic business and people who take their craft seriously and take good care of other's family pieces. We are very grateful.

If a problem exists, David always points out what can be done to preserve our carpets or offers help to fix it. I used Regal Fabric Care to clean all my wall to wall carpets in my new house I purchased. They explained the process and how different types of stains could react especially since I didn't know what they were. Everything came out perfectly and looked very clean. I had a great experience with Regal Fabric Care. The carpeting in the common areas of our condo were expertly cleaned and the wood floors underneath didn't suffer any damage. The two man team planned ahead and swooped in and did a thorough cleaning and gave advice on aftercare of the carpet. Dave Mavilio provided excellent customer service by returning calls promptly, scheduling within a good time frame and charging a fair price for the service. I appreciated his concern for safety and his recommendations regarding different types of carpets. I'll definitly call on them in the future.
