Arrived less than 24 hours after my call and resolved the problem same day. The crew was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and explain potential solutions even though they still had a very busy day once they finished with the job at my house. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service I received and the peace of mind knowing that it was done correctly.

I had my thermostat die on me right in the middle of our southern ice storm. Regan & Sons sent a representative to help me out. Caleb was professional, courteous and definitely knowledgeable. I would say he’s a great asset to the company!

A huge thank you to Caleb for his excellent service! He was thorough, professional, and even came out the same day to troubleshoot our AC issue after we had been without air for a week. After having a local competitor say it would take them a week to get parts and fix, and wanting to charge an excessive amount, Caleb got us fixed up and running same day. We couldn’t be more grateful for his help! We will be using Regan and Sons for all future work, they are reliable and affordable prices!

This is the first time I used Regan. They replaced the entire HVAC system in my rental home. They did a great job and I am very happy. Communication was good and everyone was very friendly. I got quotes from 4 different local companies and Regan was the lowest priced of the four quotes by a substantial margin. I rolled the dice, worried I wouldn't get a good install or service because of the low price, but the opposite was true. Now I have a lovely new Trane unit and my tenants are very happy. I would definitely use Regan again.
