I would say if you're going to go with Regatta Building & Development Custom Home Builder in St. Cloud / David as the owner... I would go with someone else. It's been 3 years and we still have some work that needs to be done on the punch list. We have called and called and called and we left messages. Their foreman Mike has come out a couple times and attempted to repair our pool unsuccessfully. Also there's some sheetrock on our back porch that he has not finished. As I said, it's been since 2021... you know it's like we paid them our money, and he never pulled through to finish his job. So I would say for sure, run from Regatta. I have emails and pictures and text messages to back up everything. They are not responding back now that they have their money and it's quite frustrating. There

Dealing with Regatta was extremely frustrating and overall, a negative experience. Here are the facts: 26 months from contract; 19 months from permitting; no work done for weeks and months at a time; nearly 5 weeks to obtain CO (county check list ignored); attempts to charge additional for items included in fixed bid contract; still waiting on completion of punch list… bottom line find another GC or make sure to spell everything (including lack of performance language with penalties) in contract.

Regatta is seriously the best group of people to work with! They turned around my whole house - kitchens, bathrooms, floors, patio, backyard and studio were all renovated. It was a complete overhaul and a huge job. Everything was so well done. Their work is truly beautiful and has been noticed by guests and realtors for its quality! Thank you Regatta!

these guys have great attention to detail, and the customer service is outstanding. How nice is it to call a construction company and someone is always there to answer your call!?Really great office staff and respectful field workers. I will always recommend this company to family and friends.
