When looking to replace our 30-year old roof, we got quotes from five different companies here in the Treasure valley. While each of the companies identified similar issues with our current roof, Bob at Regatta spent additional time explaining what he was seeing, causes for the damage and recommendations. Based on the size of our roof (5500 sq. ft.) and existing soffit vents, Bob recommended adding a ridge vent to replace the broken attic fan and inadequate vent boxes. Regatta's estimate was on par with two of the other quotes (about $1.5k more than the lowest and significantly less expensive than the quote from the big name company). Recently had a roof replaced and were very impressed with their work. The roof looks great but they were also timely, professional and clean. You couldn’t even tell they had been working all day because they did a great cleanup job at the end of each day, which we appreciated. Highly recommend!
