Very unreliable they only fill propane bottles on Fridays . That is provided they open since Halloween they have been open 3 times .people count on them being open to stay warm in these cold days

Replace new hot water and end up to a crack burner. I never have this issue before for years. This was happened right at front off 2 technical s whose installed the hot water tank. However, they said have nothing to do with it, it’s 10 years oil boiler. Stay away from them.

Unbelievably, rude delivery person yelled at 2 senior citizens for wanting propane when he c felt they had enough. Who the hell berates elderly citizens saying stuff like that? What a piece of garbage.

Not only did they not complete a job. Regions employee came into my house. Made me and my friend completely uncomfortable. He would not get the hint to leave. A few days later, region called me and stated the employee tested positive for Covid. A couple days after that, myself and my friend tested positive for Covid. 4 years later, the oil tank they left is still in my yard. Now, region is trying to garnish my wages for 600$ because they filled my oil tank after putting a new one in that I didn’t request to do. I did not ask you to fill the tank after the new one was installed. Nor was it in the contract to do so. I have been a customer since the late 1980’s of Region Oil and it’s predecessor in this area, Menan Oil. I’ve received reasonably good service through the years – especially their emergency service. Their servicemen are generally good. There are a few minor gripes. One that has become increasingly bothersome lately is waiting on hold for five minutes or more when calling customer service. That’s not terrible, but I’ve had to call three times in the last few days (gave up on the first one) and those minutes add up. (I've had to make several calls today (6/19/19) and answers were always prompt, within a minute, so perhaps they've made improvements to their phone system. So, I'll add a star to the rating.)
