Reico Kitchen & Bath

Reico was recommended to me by our contractor for our bathroom and kitchen renovation project. Blair was our designer there, and she was just great. She was professional and simultaneously relatable. She was a pleasure to talk to, listened carefully to our wishes, and offered suggestions that helped us to stay within our budget. As we were new to the renovation process, Blair was patient with our questions and answered them thoroughly. Modifications were never a problem. When we finally ordered our cabinets and counters, Blair and her assistant stayed in touch with ongoing updates on our cabinets. Five months in and still no kitchen. Cabinets came in broken and it has been over 2 months to replace two of them along with ALL FRONTS. Getting run around and an excuse after excuse for the delays. ALL kitchen fronts have dents or bad paint job and have to be replaced. Will update this review as we go along..... Replacements came in and.... they were as bad as the first batch. Some, were not even painted! Over a month have passed and as new (THIRD) cabinet doors were to be installed tomorrow we JUST learned that there is yet another delay. Guess no one has a time to inform customer who has been waiting 6 months for the kitchen. Absolute lack of respect. No apology, just excuse after excuse. We informed Reico of missing parts for cabinets and it took them 3 months to send us shelf 4

Thank you Angel Bouchelle and Cathy Waters for your assistance in the design and purchasing of the many items I need for my bathroom and powder room. I found it overwhelming to do this on my own. When I received an incorrect tub and a damaged vanity, Angel and Cathy were right there to deal with the manufacturers and obtain a replacement. Both bathrooms are beautiful and I could not be happier. Kathy R.

Horrrible Experience. On 11/18/18, we were remodeling our kitchen and I decided to exchange one solid wooden door for a glass insert door. I said one door. We brought our old door in for the correct measurement. The sales contract reflected our last name which was misspelled. A bad sign. The door was ordered and of course it took longer than they said it would. The door comes in and I have to take it to a glass company to get the glass put in. After a few more days, the glass is installed and I took the door home. Naturally, the door was too small. By 2 inches. I called the store and they weren't sure what happen but blamed it on the factory. Another door was ordered and they said it would be 2 weeks. A rush order. 3 weeks later, no door. I worked with Blair Wright at REICO to redo my kitchen and she and REICO were amazing and at an excellent price point. She knew I wanted one solid slab of quartz and she made it happen, even as I expanded my very large island. Thank you Blair!
