Reico Kitchen & Bath

Not happy. I went to Reico as I needed custom work done to replace a built in vanity in an alcove. I trusted their design and math ability to provide the finished product requested. I clearly stated that the finished product needed the bathroom counter to to over hang the cabinet. It does not. The drawer and cabinet facing go beyond the counter top edge. In conversation about this problem, I was told by the design person that they go by industry standards. If so, why sell it as "custom"? Yes, we signed the order with the dimensions but I was trusting in their design competence to produce what we clearly stated we needed, the counter to hang farther out than the face of the cabinet. We truly loved working with everyone at Reico. We were doing a mini refresh in our kitchen and Charlotte and Susan were great in helping to choose our selections and offer ideas we hadn't thought about.
