We have had oil delivery and service by Reit Energy Company for years. During our yearly furnace maintenance the repair man found a leak in our old fuel tank in the basement. Chris in sales responded same day and was informative, explained details of the needed replacement and provided a quote later that day. The installers were courteous, arrived on time and took great care to protect our flooring while removing and installing the new tank. They also took the time before leaving to explain how the repairs were done as extra detail was given to the new connections to the tank and furnace. We have been a customer with Reit Energy for over 15 years, with an oil heater & AC and also used the auto oil delivery without any issues. We recently decided to replace the oil burner and air conditioner, and convert to an electric heat pump. Chris worked with us on the quote and quickly scheduled the replacement. Jake lead the install team to efficiently put in the new system. Reit Energy has been providing oil and maintaining our heater and air conditioner for over 20 years. Never have we run out of fuel or had an issue with their service. Recently we were recommended that our oil tank needed to be replaced and they showed us the proof and for the past few years they had told us that it was nearing end of life so it was not a surprise. They removed the old tank including saving the salvageable oil and installed a new one. First rate job and it was clean and all complete within one day. They replaced the feed lines from the outside and ran new line from tank to furnace. We like it much better than the original setup. We highly recommend Reit Energy for your home comfort services.

We have been with Reit Energy for almost two years. Fuel oil deliveries have been timely. This year we had to have our furnace and fuel tank replaced. The Reit salesman, Chris, was professional and very helpful. He explained our options and how it would be done. Scheduling the job was easy. The work had to be done over two days. Both days the crews were on time. Before they started, they explained what they were going to do and gave me an estimate of how long it should take. They were proficient, and cleaned up after they were done. After installation each day, the leadman for each crew explained the system to me and showed me how it operated. TL;DR - excellent service, professional installation. When we realized we needed a new boiler, Chris in sales was quick to respond and worked with us to get the equipment we wanted and had excellent suggestions. Installers Ted, Jake, and others were prompt on arrival as scheduled, they put down protective covering to get the old equipment out and new equipment in. They were clean, friendly, polite, and professional. They paid great attention to detail with all the fittings and pipes level, plumb and organized, the electrical connections were neatly done as well. Ted took the time to explain how everything worked before they left as well I don't expect to need another boiler for a long time, but I know if or when we do, Reit will be there based on the quality and professionalisn of th
