Relaxed Heating and Air

I'm pleased with my recent furnace diagnosis and repair. Christopher explained the problem and returned with parts to repair it. He had to return a couple of days later due to a holiday to complete the repair. He always leaves the area just the way it was when he arrived. I now have heat and a new thermostat. This past summer Christopher serviced and repaired my AC unit. I am very pleased with his knowledge. I would definitely recommend Christopher withRelax Air & Heating.

I've been very impressed with the level of customer service across the company - from Eugene the tech, to the office personnel, to the managers/owners. We had a complex situation and wrapped up with the beauracracy of the warranty company, but the Relaxed Heating and Air team ensured I didn't completely lose it. Thankfully we got the AC done in time for the summer heat, and the Heat fixed up as it's about to get cold!
