Extremely fast response and the tech arrived when they said they would be here. They even scheduled the most convenient time for me. The tech, Manuel, was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that it was understandable and not too complicated. I will be using this company from now on. 5 Stars!

Highly recommend Reliable Heat and Air. Found them through a neighbor’s recommendation and they were able to come out on a Saturday morning (AC unit was dying on Friday) and get a new unit installed on Monday. Robert was so helpful with guiding us on which unit to choose but also keep costs reasonable. His team that installed was reliable, professional and kind. And Robert checked in on the back end to make sure everything went smoothly. Very responsive. Very happy we went with them and positive experience from start to finish!

Full system change out, from my old but still functional 1996 SEER10 to American Standard Variable Speed Heat Pump 18SEER2 with two stage gas backup. Regarding the unit itself, wow! The technology and efficiency improvement is crazy. Regarding Reliable Air and Heat, Wow, even more! Great communication including text confirmations of appointment, text communication of "we are on the way". Plus they were very timely. From the first call for a quote (I already had a competitive quote), their service was absolute perfection. Sales team came out asked me what I wanted to accomplish as I requested a new system and not a repair. Looked at everything I had, took measurements of the house then suggested a couple options. Great experience with Reliable and very knowledgeable. Gave many options and updated me in advance before any work was done so I wasn’t surprised with a large bill. Never felt like there was any fishing for replacements on expensive parts. Expressed integrity and pride in craft. Very clean and professional. Recommended for sure!!

Awesome business owner and employees. The young man, Service Tech, that came to my home was very knowledgeable and polite. He did an amazing job.
