John came out and fixed my refrigerator. He was very professional and knew what he was doing.I called a few times and finally left him a voicemail and he promptly called me back. I understand being a business owner myself that you can’t get to every phone call while on a job.

Can’t seem to reach anyone. I’ve been calling for 2 days and left messages. Edit: I’ve not only called 4 times on two separate days, I’ve sent a message and left a voicemail. My plan was to atleast get a response here, because it seems like this is where you respond, then i could edit my review and rating once i got a hold of someone and the work complete. But, nonetheless, no call back and a less than helpful response. So, you have a blessed day.

Professional and reliable. Our dishwasher was diagnosed within 5 minutes and it took less than 30 minutes for it to be fixed. They promptly got me scheduled when I had called with my issue (water not draining) and when the part came in they quickly scheduled me for the repair.
