This company is ABSOLUTELY phenomenal!!! We received an extremely high quote for a new furnace and called Reliable to get a second quote. The technician, Brandon, came out to give us a quote on a replacement. Instead, he offered to take a quick look and see if he could repair our furnace for cheaper than the first company. He didn't have to do any of it, but ended up saving us nearly $5,000 of what a replacement would have been, had the furnace fixed within 20 minutes, and now we won't be living on ramen for the next six months! Unreliable. A tech came to run a diagnostics and couldn’t schedule a follow up, a week later I try and am told a service tech will call me back…. If you like playing phone tag and waiting till the season your having issues with passes, go for it.

My dad recently had some service done to his furnace....And I must say we were completely satisfied with the work that was done by Reliable Heating and Cooling. They were able to get out to the house late on a friday evening...Which Definitely worked out for my dad considering he is elderly and the temperature outside was bitter cold!! Thank you so much... I woke up this morning cold, shivering, and with the over arching understanding that something was not quite right. The temp in my house was 52°. After a quick diagnostics, I realized my draft inducer in my furnace had failed. Unfortunately, I'm not an HVAC technician so acquiring the parts for a speedy repair would have been a huge hassle. Reliable Cooling and Heating, LLC was referred to us by a close associate who had recently had furnace issues. He said they were trustworthy and fair. A technician came out the day I called and squared us away! Hannah was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to quickly diagnose our furnace and aquire the necessary parts to get it going in no time. There was no up selling, no waffling, no run around. Straight to the root of the issue! I

Not only was my first call of the day to replace a motor,but the guy came back for a 2nd call to do a service cleaning bc my heater wasnt kicking on..very fast,very friendly ,very RELIABLE
