I recently worked with Mike from Reliable Locksmiths to install upgraded locks on the original 100‑year‑old doors in my home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The doors are beautiful but delicate, and I was worried the project might be complicated. He handled everything with impressive skill, patience, and attention to detail. He took the time to make sure the new hardware fit perfectly without compromising the character of the old wood. I got key fobs and new keys for two of my cars with Eli and the team at Reliable Locksmith. They did a fantastic job. They were much much cheaper than I would have had to pay the dealership and it was faster and more convenient as well. Eli was very professional, efficient and kind. He runs his business very well and just gets the job done.

We have a set of Andersen french doors (with a 3 point lock system) that open to the backyard. Last night the lock gave out and would not turn which is a huge security issue. I sent a message to Reliable in St. Louis Park this next morning to see if a technician could come out and check if the lock mechanism could be repaired or if need be, replaced. Mike arrived in the afternoon to assess the situation and thankfully he was able to repair the lock very quickly! He also took the time to tighten some areas that were loose and make sure everything else on both doors was secure. Mike was really great to work with he was timely, knowledgeable, and a has done a great job helping replace parts of our door lock to make it secure. Now I have him looking for and ordering parts to upgrade the handle! Will absolutely be using his services again.
