I am so pleased with Greg and StructureTech. The care Greg took to be thorough in his inspection and how thoughtful he was in doing our walk through really meant the world to us. He was happy to answer any questions we had and helped alleviate a lot of the anxiety that comes with home buying. He was professional, honest and unbiased as well as friendly and fun to talk to. I felt like we could trust him right away. We have referenced the report many times since we received it, it contains a load of knowledge and it’s clear that both the inspectors and the company go above and beyond to identify anything (positive or negative) that could come up with the property. I am a first-time home-buyer and had a lot of anxiety about the home-buying process. My partner and I were buying a very old house so we expected there to be a lot of issues. Bryce Klym was referred to us by a dear friend and he exceeded our expectations. He was incredibly thorough, helpful, and friendly. He gave the information about our inspection in a way that wasn't overwhelming, but helped us see the big picture. We had a great experience with our home inspector, Jim Tobias! He reached out ahead of time to ask if we had any specific concerns, which we really appreciated. During the inspection he was extremely thorough and did an excellent job communicating what he was seeing—informative without being alarmist, and always offering practical recommendations. He was also very prompt in answering follow-up questions afterward and even let us know we could reach out anytime after moving in if new questions come up.
