Worst installation on our house new construction and several very costly mistakes. Also not professional when you bring errors to their attention. Do not use! Under Mendez with McFarland builders. My husband spoke with Lindseey and Brandon and we ended up using a different company to fix all the mistakes that were made bc neither of them bothered to make it right. Still finding issues

Reliable Mechanical installed a Goodman system in my new home. They finally got it working the day before closing. 13 1/2 months later it froze up. I called to have them out to repair it. I called twice and left a message with the answering service they never called back. My builder reached them and they said I left a message and they couldn't understand it. I talked to a person not a answering machine. I called United heating and cooling. They came out found the leak fixed it and had to recharge the system.

Amazing company, could not ask for anything more from RMS. Very tidy, on time, budget friendly and the quality is great. I was referred to RMS by a friend who used them and were very happy. Thanks for all of your help RMS.
