Our service was Excellent. Zane is always good at listening to any concerns we have. He not only tell us what is going on he shows us what is happening and makes good suggestions for any adjustments needed.. We appreciate the time he takes to keep us informed and the units up and running efficiently.

Very well pleased. Scotty was great with his inspection of our old system. He explained what was going on with our old system and its' issues. Scotty also explained what American Standard systems had to offer. The installation guys were fantastic. They were very polite, knowledgeable and just did a fantastic job. Thank you all so much!!!

I had two other heating & cooling companies out to my house to look at my furnace issue, both companies lied to me. I called Shanks heating & cooling they came out and looked at my furnace; told me the truth and I thank you Alex for being so nice and friendly with me but are you guys suppose to only be on a job for so many minutes? Alex stated my boss is going to be upset if I'm here to long. I paid for the job to be fixed but it seems like every furnace guys I get out here don't finish the job. I'm still having problems. I don't have the money to throw away, I'm sorry I'm just tired of paying companies to come out and leave before the job is fixed!
