Jason with Reliable Renovations is an excellent craftsman! He did an awesome job in our kitchen. He retrofitted our kitchen sink with a copper farmhouse sink and ran a new power line for a farmhouse sink light fixture. I also had him redesign the metal fireplace screen to better match the fireplace box. Very poor workmanship on staining a new unfinished cabinet. He did no test staining before applying a stain that was way too dark. I gave him a sample of the wood he needed to match, but it appears he didn't look at it again. The cabinet maker even gave him test pieces to use and asked him to let him know how it came out. He never got back to the cabinet maker and didn't let me see the stain before applying it to the cabinet. Charged me $400 and now I'll have to have the cabinet completely redone. What a rip-off!

By Faith. I ask the Lord to lead us to the right home to purchase, so that I could be near my son who has cancer. I found the perfect home. However, the outside building underneath had rotten wood which must be removed and replaced to inspection requirements . This process of removal and replacement had to completed within 72 hours in order for our loan to be approved. Jayson Ketchum and his crew completed the work within 48 hours. The workmanship was above and beyond what inspectors desired. I would strongly recommend Reliable Renovations to anyone needing home repairs. remodeling or new construction. They are straight forward, honest, and reliable! I will utilize their services if needed again with great confidence!

One recent job they did for me was when freezing temps were about to hit North Texas, I needed exposed water lines insulated ASAP. I called Reliable Renovations and they were onsite the NEXT DAY! When the freezing temps came, the water stayed on through the entire winter event; Jayson helped me out of a pinch! Once again, I highly recommend Reliable Renovations.

I came home today and found my water well frozen up. My husband was out of town and I did not know what to do.
