Benito goes above and beyond. I had to get my father's house ready to sell, and living on the other side of the country made that (potentially) difficult. Contacted Benito after a web search with fingers crossed and came across an individual who is professional, compassionate, well connected, and honest. I am so thankful to have found him. He hooked me up with another company to 'soft wash' my roof as it takes special equipment due to the type of tile. He could have just taken the job, but wanted it to be right. Extremely Unprofessional and Petty Behavior About six months ago, I contacted this contractor to inspect my roof and provide a quote to replace several damaged roof tiles. He came out to my home, inspected the roof, and quoted me $500 for the repair. Another contractor offered to do the same work for $400, so I politely asked if he could match the price. He declined, which was completely fine. I simply chose the other contractor.
