Have not used their services before but when I just called in the tech gave me genuine honest feedback that did not try to take money from me. Asked me a few questions about my unit and then recommended that since its pretty new that I reach out to a authorized dealer because likely i have a 10 year warranty and would keep my costs as low as possible. Seems like a honest and upstanding team who just tries to do right by the client.

We called in and spoke to Chris, he was able to help and fix our problem over the phone quickly and easily and for free! Not only saving us money but also time and frustration. Amazing to find a business that is honest and reputable. We will absolutely be using Reliable Standard heating & air in the future.

Chris is the greatest. I came back from a vacation to hot weather and I decided to check the condition of the filter in my HVAC unit. After removing the doors, they would not refit correctly and my unit would not work. Called Reliable Standard who were recommended to me by a neighbor who is a retired contractor here in Rancho Bernardo. On a Saturday morning, Chris answered the phone, which in itself is special. Chris patiently listened to my dilemma, calmly suggested something to try, stressing it might or might not work, and overall told me what issues I might face with an 'older' unit if I needed replacement parts. We had an issue with our furnace not working, so we had a different company that services our plumbing come to do an analysis since they also did heating and ac repair. We were told that the whole system needed to be replaced, and that was the only way to fix the issue. We called Reliable for a second opinion after a reccomendation from a friend, it ended up being a small part inside our furnace that needed to be replaced. Chris fixed it the same day and everything has been working flawlessly ever since. They saved us a lot of money and we are very happy with their honest service.

Best customer service i’ve had in a long time. This company is a go to AC repair place. Our AC went out with a newborn at 10 at night in July. I was able to call and get an appointment the next day for 9 AM, unheard of anywhere else. This company really cares about their customers. They were able to get my AC repaired same day. Thank you, Reliable. You have now become our favorite AC Company!
