Trevor was my repair technician, and did a great job. My GE side by side refrigerator was showing an error code and would not dispense water or ice. Luckily Reliance Appliance Repair has the equipment to plug into the refrigerator to diagnose the problem. Of course the port on my refrigerator was broken and jammed up into the inside of the refrigerator. Although Trevor had to make 3 trips to get that repaired, to confirm his original diagnosis of a bad computer board for the water filter area I was not charged an extra dime. I only paid for the computer board, and Trevor was kind to repair the port on my refrigerator for no extra cost to me. Okay. I rarely leave google reviews. This is the first one I’ve left in a while. However, the service I was given by Reliance Appliance Repair was so good I can’t help but share it with the world. First, I was so worried about my dryer. I don’t know much about appliances. I’ve only changed a fuse or two. I was thinking about just biting the bullet and purchasing another washer and dryer. That’s when I met Trevor, the technician that worked on my dryer. He put all my fears to rest. He was amazing. The guy has been repairing all kinds of appliances for 14 years and counting. He urged me not to buy a brand new dryer before he took a look at it. He ended up saving me hundreds, maybe even THOUSANDS of dollars because sure enough, my dryer only needed a few minor fixes before it would offer it'
