Amazing crew and amazing service. We found Reliant Power through Qmerit for an EV home charger installation after picking up our 2024 Cadillac Lyriq. Unlike other electric companies, Reliant Power didn’t provide a quote just by looking at pictures but insisted on an in person consultation. During the consultation, Wen of Reliant Power carefully explained our options for the EV charger installation and carefully listened to our needs. After fielding multiple price quotes, we decided to go with Reliant Power for the best communication and competitive pricing and we are very happy we did. Thanks to Reliant Power, we now have a brand new power panel, a hardwired EV charger for my Caddy and an amazing company to reach out to for any future electrical needs.

I contacted Reliant Power Systems to get a quote to upgrade my electrical service panel, run new conduit for electric appliances, and install heat pumps to heat and cool my home ahead of the coming winter season. I explained to Wen that my gas service had been disconnected and that I was in a rush to have a primary heating system installed before it got cold out. After coming to an agreement on price, he asked for more money for the electrical work. When I asked for an explanation for the cost increase, Wen abruptly cancelled our agreement one business day before his electricians were scheduled to arrive and begin work.
