Reliant Restoration

I had a great experience with Reliant Restoration. They did surface mold treatment and re-caulking, and everything turned out great. The team was professional, easy to work with, and did a really thorough job. 10/10 They were thorough, efficient, and left the area clean and looking better than before. You can tell they really care about doing the job right, not just rushing through it. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and would absolutely recommend Reliant Restoration to anyone needing mold treatment or restoration services

These guys at Reliant Restoration are great. I have collaborated with them on several construction projects before, and they have always been great to work with. I’ve worked with Jonah several times now, and I can’t emphasize enough how he keeps projects moving smoothly. Jonah is dependable, professional, and easy to coordinate with on site. I’m so grateful for Reliant Restoration! After my bathroom was partially gutted due to mold cleaning, Adam and Erron came out during the demo phase and quickly provided a clear, reasonable quote to get everything rebuilt. Their communication was great from the start, and they made an extremely stressful situation feel manageable. The crew, Manny and Manny, were absolutely incredible. They worked so hard and managed to fully restore my bathroom in just two long days of work. I was truly amazed by their efficiency, attention to detail and transparency throughout the entire process. Now, I will start by saying Reliant Restoration did not actually perform any work for me, but that is only because after they came by to take measurements and write up a quote, I was completely ghosted. They were referred to me by their "sister company" Dry Point Restoration, who took care of all the remediation work, after finding a massive leak in our master bathroom. As Dry Point left our bathroom completely gutted and in operable, I was told that Reliant Restoration would be taking care of all the repair work to get the bathroom back to where it was. Initially, Reliant's communication was great. They called to schedule an initial visit, took down measurements, asked if I wanted to upgrade anything else, and even took a call or two from me after the fact to answer some additional questi

Erron and the Reliant team arrived quickly (within just two hours of the emergency call), surveyed and tested with professionalism, and completed the necessary demolition that day. He explained my options and gave me time to decide...no stress, no pressure. He kept in touch and showed up when he said he would. He has full diagnostic gear and monitoring equipment. My time was very limited, and Erron made a point to complete the work as requested, saving me a travel day. Efficient and friendly, I give 5 stars to Reliant Restoration.
