Local business owner here! Rellim not only has done great work for me on the technical side, but saved me thousands by helping me understand what was being required by the county. Came out to fix out well. Second time they came my husband had to help his employee pull the pipe out of the ground. Called them when we kept running out of water. We have animals to water and kennels to clean daily so I called 7:30 Monday morning 1-22-24 am to see when they could come and two days later they now want to charge for a new regulator. Regulator didn’t work and was sparking from the beginning and not making good contact the first day. Due to us having to go and make the regulator work each time we wanted water they now will not replace it and says it’s our fault. Went to Wises hardware and got a regulator. They were quick to service when we called but terrible when theirs a problem

Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced with home repairs. Extremely hard to get straight answers or even answers at all. The tech was super nice however thats about the best thing I can say about the experience. The person who answered the phones stated she was one of the owners. She was extremely rude and did nothing but argue with me. Tried charging me for parts that were already replaced claiming if they didn’t replace them again they wouldn’t warranty their own work even though the parts are brand new, plus over charging for an above ground well pump. Well Over 3k quote. Had another company come out and quote it for only 680 and they’ll fix it same day. No more phone tag and arguments. That’s quite a difference in price and customer service.

Techs talked me thru possible issues & would set an appointment to ensure there were no other issues with the system. They are knowledgable and courteous, took any time I needed with them on the phone. They also installed my well system less than two years ago, and got that done quickly too. They’ll be my ‘go-to’ well service company.

WOW, I do not normally write reviews but when a company exceeds my expectations, they deserve it. If you ever find yourself in need of a well repair, this is the company to call. In less than 2.5 hours from the time I called, the well was repaired and at a VERY reasonable cost! Excellent service!
