Remarkable Roofing- commercial flat roof solutions

This man’s behavior was fishy, and his work was even more fishy. He seemed greedy from the start. He demanded cash only. When I tried to pay by check under his company name (Remarkable Roofing), he refused and insisted it be written in his personal name. He inspected my roof and clearly told me that replacement was NOT required and that patching and coating would fix the problem. He strongly promised to use branded products. Instead, he brought cheap, unbranded chemicals and applied them to my roof. Those cheap chemicals washed off with AC water and after just ONE rain, the entire coating came off. The roof started leaking again. He had given me a guarantee, but when it leaked and he came to inspect it, he demanded MORE money instead of fixing his mistake. On top of that, he blamed me,

My property is in Passaic, NJ, and this man is completely dishonest about his work. I hired him to fix my roof, and he promised to use premium materials and multiple coats. When I questioned him during the job about the fiberglass and extra coats, he claimed everything was “included” in one application, which makes no sense. The roof never fixed and is STILL leaking. I called him about it, he stopped answering my phone calls. This is, unprofessional behavior. He took my money and disappeared, the guarantee he gave me ——is worthless.

These guys did my roof in Queens, Commercial Property, They did a great job and came back a few times just to make sure we didn't have any more leaks! Would definitely recommend doing business with them

Very professional roofing company I've used them for little jobs and they also put a tar roof down at my old job and sonny made sure everything was perfect I would say use these guys price and professionalism are 100%
