Can’t say enough good things about our entire Remedy experience. From our first scheduling call Macy clearly explained process and what to expect on the day of our service call. They got me on the calendar quickly and everything went exactly as promised. Our technician Jay was fantastic. On-time, knowledgeable, and friendly, he was committed to solving the problem. He checked all possible origins of our leak before arriving at an end solution. We were given various different possible fixes and with the information and pictures Jay helped us pick the best option to finish the job. He spent lots of time explaining things and answering questions. I’ve used multiple different local established plumbing companies in the past and will bring all future business to Remedy based on customer service

I had an excellent experience with service tech Matthew Bayer from Remedy plumbing. He installed a water softener and three toilets. Everything works great. They got out here quick (leaking toilet) assessed the problem, came back the next day and finished the job. Left everything clean and tidy.
